Hello this is me again because of trouble instruction that is given before anyway , Can you please take a strong research about organ transplantation nursing ( systematic review ) and then make a summary from the research that you have chosen . Note : if you finish from the summary and I want your to provide me with the article or the research that you summarized , can you do it as soon as possible

The attached file Professor-Students.xlsx has the initial table created during the analysis.
It shows a list of students and courses. How will you change that into a format that can be read into a database program?
So do our Database Design on both files and submit the results.
Be aware that grade depends on both student and course.
But gpa depends on student only.

I will upload two essays that i want you to respond to based on a case study from other classmates. i want two separate paragraphs, the first paragraph should be response to the first essay and the second paragraph should be response to the other essay. I will upload a rubric as well that should show what the response should contain. I will also upload the case study and link to powerpoint which they used. Also when reading the rubric, only pay attention to the follow up post criteria. ignore the other ones. link to powerpoint video below. Please do not use any outside sources.

Within the debate on abortion, it is easy for most to look at this situation as political. It is vital to remember that most cases, such as the one Stacey is in, have emotions and attachments involved. In Stacey’s case, it is valuable for her to hear from her doctors that the condition her fetus has at 15 weeks, will not harm her own body in any way. With this information and my ethical standpoint on allowing the baby to fight as long as possible, I would side with the nurses who want to give the fetus a chance at life however long that may be. My disagreement with the nonpersonal position backs up my statement. The nonpersonal position does not value the fetus as made in the image of God (Slosar, 2011, p. 108). As a Christian, I believe that God has made us all in his image and has our lives planned to glorify him in whatever way that looks. I believe that the fetus that has been growing within Stacey has the right to continue fighting for life.
In contradictory to the personal position supreme value of autonomy, the Roe v. Wade case decided that an unborn fetus is not a person so it will not be protected under the Fourteenth Amendment. Although in recent rulings this case has been overturned, there are still state laws that can decide for themselves. In the text from the Row v. Wade ruling, it states that during the second-trimester states are permitted to regulate and prohibit abortions while leaving exceptions for protecting women’s health (Slosar, 2011, p. 103). Since Stacey is in the second trimester and her health is not being compromised because of her fetus’s condition, an abortion should not be completed. It is hard to have an opinion on someone else’s life without being in their position, but by looking at the given information, that there is no harm to the mother, I believe the fetus should have a chance to live as long as possible. If I were in this position and talking to my husband, and we both believed that it is all in God’s hands, I would continue to help my fetus fight for life.
Pregnancy is often viewed as the miracle of bring another life into the world. After working in health care, I have been able to witness situations in which a child is born with circumstances not compatible with life as well as circumstances that don’t lead to a good quality of life. “What should we do when we have information regarding a fetal anomaly, but there is not therapeutic or curative intervention?” (Slosar et. al., 2011, pg. 112). This question remains for many individuals after diagnostic testing during a pregnancy. Ultimately, I believe it should be up to the parents discretion on this decision. When thinking about a fetus who would have no quality of life and have no life saving measures that could contribute to a normal and healthy living life, I think it is fair to have the discussion of abortion. A child being brought into the world, should be able to live a healthy and normal life as any other human being would. The fetus coming in to the world with the potential to enduring suffering is not fair. The short time the child would be here would not be enjoyable or of any quality of life.
Another important topic to remember is “The mother who carries a child to fully term is subject to the anxieties, to physical constraints, to pain that only she must bear” (Slosar et. al., 2011, pg. 112). Without a doubt, a mother must go through many emotions and physically and mentally in order to birth a child. In most cases, finding out that you are having a child is exciting, to then be crushed with the news that your baby will not live long can be devastating. The process of birthing a child and seeing the defects can be traumatic for the mother. Then having a baby possible hooked up to many tubes and wires can be scary as well. In this case, terminating the pregnancy early and giving the child a sense of dignity I think would be the best move. I can see both sides of the spectrum in giving the baby a chance at life however, I also believe that the baby should have some type of dignity while living its life. Speaking for the mother, emotionally, she would have a lot to go through. From the husbands standpoint, I think the best thing to do would be supporting the mothers decision regardless of personal emotions.
Health Information Management Management Theories and Human Resources Functions. You have been chosen to be the new HIM system director and will need strong leadership and management skills to achieve the specific department goals and lead the new department. You will need a strong understanding of various human resource functions, which will be crucial for achieving the department outcomes. The merger will require the hiring and reassigning of various HIM roles, so strong interviewing and training skills will be important as well.
As you’ve read, the writing of the Constitution was not a decision that the colonial leaders came to easily. Some came down on the side of the proposed New Jersey plan, or the small state plan, and others fought for the Virginia plan, which favored large states. Eventually, after heated debate, the representatives decided on the Connecticut plan, a synthesis of both the small state plan and the large state plan–and the document that we now know as the Constitution. Download and fill out the following table and record the notable differences between both plans and the Constitution. Then, answer the two questions found at the bottom of the table.
4.10.In the following, we check the diffusion properties of AES after a single round. LetW= (w0,w1,w2,w3) = (0x01000000,0x00000000,0x00000000,0x00000000)be the input in 32-bit chunks to a 128-bit AES. The subkeys for the computation of the result of the first round of AES areW0,…,W7with 32 bits each are given byW0= (0x2B7E1516),W1= (0x28AED2A6),W2= (0xABF71588),W3= (0x09CF4F3C),W4= (0xA0FAFE17),W5= (0x88542CB1),W6= (0x23A33939),W7= (0x2A6C7605).Use this book to figure out how the input is processed in the first round (e.g., S-Boxes). For the solution, you might also want to write a short computer program or use an existing one. In any case, indicate all intermediate steps for the computationofShiftRows, SubBytesandMixColumns!
1. Compute the output of the first round of AES to the input W and the subkeysW0,…, W7.
2. Compute the output of the first round of AES for the case that all input bits are zero.
3. How many output bits have changed? Remark that we only consider a single round — after every further round, more output bits will be affected (avalanche effect).
While support for the death penalty still hovers around 60%, there has been a slow decline in support in the past few decades. How would you explain this slow decline? Also, how would you explain the recent decrease in the U.S. use of the death penalty in the United States? What are your personal views on the governments’ (both state and federal) power to end citizen’s lives? On what are your views based?
